It is not just a driving job Extremely physical hard work unloading trailers and at the mercy of mother nature. It’s unlike most trucking jobs. It is a point right away. Some drivers make 6 figures. Poor place to work!!! See more Frito-Lay reviews You may want to try:

Frito-Lay Pay & Benefits reviews: Truck Driver
I retired after 30 years of service. No sleeping in the truck you stay in hotels. Management has know idea how to treat or talk to employees. Don’t screw up because they will nitpick til the cows come home.
Team oriented with personal responsibility to each employee. I have seen many examples of injured employees being denied compensation routinely and unemployment.
A lot of turn over, when I was hired, at least 10 other people were also hired and have since quit.
Good place to work. Unless you are a yes Man or one of the chosen one’s you don’t stand a chance. Long hours of work and you have to deal with customers while unloading.
I will go weeks without even speaking to a supervisor. Telling people with 10 years plus how to do their job. My first 3 YRS here I grossed 71k, 80k, and 80k. Okay but could be better. After awhile you realize it is a big facade and ultimately they will outgun you and take you down if you use too many friyo, get injured, and get too close to being vested for your pension.
Production is more important lat your home life. They give you stuff all the time.

The schedule is hectic. No sleeping in the truck you stay in hotels. You start with 3 weeks vacation and Max out with 5. The flexibility you deserve. Poor place to work!!!

Ootr keeps tractors in service with well over a million miles. Yes, but anyone otrr 70 hours per week will make pretty good money. There is always extra work laying around.
Now its one of the worst Great money and benefits.

I know of a specific example of when an employee physically expired and the company through it’s third party insulator cheated the survivors out of lwy death benefits.
They have large banquets every year to celebrate drivers. Was this review helpful? Just don’t get sick or call off.
